我看到很多報導說早上起來要喝500cc的水,
可是,我有一個問題耶!
大部分(百分之90的人)起床第一件事情就是
去廁所小便,這是很理所當然的反應.
那我的水到底是要上完廁所後再喝還是
先憋著......等我喝完再一起排掉??
我目前,都是先憋著>"<
而且一定要喝到500cc這麼多嗎?(相當於一瓶
礦泉水的量耶!我是用竹*水的瓶子裝的),我都
喝約兩三口就受不了跑去廁所了.
因為,有時候早就要起床上廁所,可是會賴一下床
所以...就喝幾口,就上廁所了= =+
想問:早上喝水的好處在哪哩?啥時要喝哩?一定要喝這麼多嗎??
