最近在課業上遭受蠻大的挫折
一整個情緒很低落
排好的運動也沒有確實做到
心情又更難過, 覺得自己好糟糕
就會拿食物來逞罰自己
吃到撐,吃到吐, 然後事後再後悔,
結果到最後, 變得更沮喪了
該怎麼把這種壞習慣戒掉
