前陣子容易覺得胸悶 同事說可能工作太累的關係
導致現在都有點氣虛的症狀 常常被建議要多補點氣
是說~該去買人蔘補一補嗎(但好像有點麻煩)
還是買那種人蔘飲之類的來喝也可以?
