年輕時工作壓力大都會熬夜趕報告
所以常喝喝提神飲料、咖啡來提神
不過似乎久了胃也開始出狀況
想說不要再喝一些像是咖啡因刺激性的東西了
開始找一些保健食品像是維他命B、維他命C來吃
只是一開始會建議我怎麼搭配吃嗎?
比如說維他命B搭魚油或是單吃維他命B就好呢?
