本身工作的關係,晚餐下午五點多就吃了
然後工作到十二點多,這時候肚子就會很餓
當然能不吃就避免不吃
可是不吃實在睡不著
有沒有可以止餓 又不會對身體造成負擔的 有飽食感
的食物呢?
