如何調整睡眠 - 運動

常常被晚上睡不著所困擾
每天大概12點多快1點就寢
不過躺下去 就是睡不著
此時思考也不佳 有試念書 不過效果不佳
也試過運動到精疲力盡 晚上躺下去似乎還是一樣
常常躺到4點多吧
然後白天就一直很睏
真的很困擾
晚上也沒吃啥含咖啡因的物品阿...
希望有經驗的板友 提供寶貴意見
