其實也不是失眠啦
只是每次都十二點多才睡覺
我是想要十點多就睡覺了
這樣對身體比較好
可是這樣好像就睡不著
沒有睡意 還硬躺在床上
結果翻來覆去睡不著 真是麻煩
好不容易今天早起了
結果沒有我預期的早睡= =
怎麼辦呢
