每次朋友聚會,或是同學會,聚餐之類的都會找吃到飽的店
美食當前,想瘦的人又不想忌口,該怎麼辦勒?
市面上好像有一種保健食品,不是藥品...
吃了可以減少澱粉的吸收..
我看到簡介上寫的,含有天然有機的腰豆、黃豆、的萃取精華
還有歐芹濃縮素,幫助你調整體質,維持體態,完成窈窕的身材
飯前吃幾3顆,就能減少吸收500大卡的熱量...
類似譬如吃燒烤要1000大卡,可能你只吸收500大卡
有人有試過嗎??其實我還滿想試試看的!!
還有另一種是減少體脂肪的保健食品....看了簡介讓我也很想試試看
