不知道從啥時開始覺得自己有點焦慮傾向
例如一件事情只要十分鐘可以做好,也不是特別著急
我就會心理一直想,啊我還有一件事還沒做好 怎麼辦、怎麼辦......
導致我睡前都會一直思考自己到底還有什麼事沒完成
尤其是工作上的事情更是明顯
隔天要開會更慘 睡前整個腦子都想開會的事情 然後一整夜幾乎
都沒睡著
我後來有靠吃鎮靜劑跟安眠藥
但覺得依賴這種東西將來會很慘
不知道有沒有方法能改善?
例如什麼樣的放鬆運動,或是不錯的保健品?
