研究:喝水有助減肥

德國一個「控制體重協會」指出,想要成功減輕體重,每天至少要喝下兩公升的液體。
這個協會說,很多體重過重的人都很少喝水,甚至經常把口渴當成飢餓。德國西南部一個
消費者權益保護中心最近印製了一份推廣手冊,其中提到喝水不僅可以促進新陳代謝,而
且可以改善膚質。
手冊中還說到,一般人除非感到口渴,否則不會喝大量的水,但是專家建議,要養成持續
定時喝水的習慣。至於有些人認為水喝起來無味沒有吸引力,他們可以用無糖的藥草茶或
水果茶取代,或者將果汁混合氣泡礦泉水也可以。至於咖啡及茶,最好一天不要超過兩、
三杯。另外,愛好啤酒的人也不需要戒除,但是必須謹記,啤酒對解渴無效,而且含有很
多的卡洛里。
