小弟最近開始健身
看到奇摩知識裡健身方法
上面寫說 健身完後半小時內喝牛奶有助於肌肉長大
爬文章發現
我有乳糖不適症 之前都不知道...
(喝牛奶就會有脹氣 或拉肚子)
我想問的是
1.有沒有可以取代牛奶 在健身後 的飲料?
(一樣喝完可以幫肌肉長大)
2.一般,低脂和脫脂的"林牌"鮮奶
好像喝脫脂的比較不會拉 (我拿自己做實驗)
是我的心理作用嗎 還是真有其事?
