之前因為忙著辦活動有一段睡眠非常不正常的生活
現在活動辦完
覺得全身上下都不對勁
試著早睡早起多運動吃B群都沒有用
不知道板上有沒有人建議我可以多攝取哪一類的飲食可以讓
元氣快點恢復?!
