不好意思請問一下睡眠問題 - 運動

想請教板上各位
如果晚上睡覺總是要翻個一到兩小時才睡得著
(已經持續兩三個禮拜吧)
可是身體其實覺得很累了....
可是睡前幾乎不喝有含咖啡因的飲品
早上也9點多起床吧
午睡睡個3 4十分鐘吧
也算常運動
不知道有沒有辦法改善呢
不會想吃安眠藥
也不太想喝牛奶(會很飽...)
麻煩各位建議了
