是這樣的,我爸已經是50幾歲的人
這種年紀已經有人準備退休了,可是我爸命比較差,到現在工作依舊不穩定@@
能找到的工作都是很耗體力的(像是要搬重之類的)
而且,我爸是個很瘦的人~
170公分大概才50幾公斤而已
他同事很多也跟他差不多年紀,可是他們一個個都壯得跟熊一樣
所以搬貨對他們來說根本不算什麼
相較之下我爸就很....
每天回來都累得半死,看得我很不忍心...QQ
想要詢問那種長期吃或多吃可以改善整個體質讓體力增強,而不是補充一下體力的食物
有想過喝牛奶,可是我爸的腸胃很差
喝牛奶絕對會狂拉肚子那種=.=
我爸現在早上有去運動,可是他說運動要早半小時起床,他覺得很累....
請版友給個建議m(_ _)m
還是我該去中藥版問問?(可是我爸好像也不吃中藥的...)
