魚油真的可以幫助冷靜思考 - 運動

這一兩年來,一直忙於考上公務人員領個固定薪水
唸書、考試和熬夜,平常也沒有吃什麼營養食品來保養身體和運動,但是深怕身體功能受損的我,已經漸漸感覺到身體因爲長期久坐和熬夜,隔天精神根本無法認真讀
大伯是中醫生,讓他把個脈針灸後
請我回來可以補充魚油食品
本來想要選白蘭X 大品牌比較保險
後來大伯有告訴我要選濃度高於50%對身體吸收程度比較好
最後選了營養師X食機能魚油
目前已經吃了一個月多
第一週開始吃得時候覺得沒有很喜歡那個臭臭腥腥的味道
所以空窗了幾天XDD
那時候才知道原來 魚油的功效差在這裡
疲倦感沒有以前來的累,眼壓也沒以前超高,而且唸書變的更加集中,不知道是身體痠痛感減少,還是眼壓減少的關係,讓我唸書的效率變很好
以上是我自身的感覺,不見得大家都是有效的
魚油這種東西也是建議大家貨比三家 便宜來路不明的魚油 不如不要吃....
對了 如果就回購來說
除非是我的生活需求必須補充 像是讀書久坐 還是需要集中精神
不然也不會讓我主動下單
因為我沒有很喜歡吞魚油
每次飯後吃完打嗝還會有濃濃的魚兒味XDD
