朋友今年35才剛生完小孩,也算是高齡產婦了
今天看到她臉書轉發了這篇文章http://goo.gl/EBJD3c
“中華民國骨質疏鬆症學會理事長陳芳萍指出,骨質疏鬆症的發生原因,主要涉及遺傳、
雌激素、年齡、營養、生活與運動等因素交互影響
強調台灣50歲以上停經婦女的髖部骨折致死率為2.8%
與乳癌死亡率相近,更是子宮內膜癌死亡率的4倍
顯示女性不能忽視骨鬆問題“
大意是說35歲以才生頭胎的人數越來越多
但其實女生35歲後每年骨質都會流失1%
所以等小朋友到了黃金城長期,很多媽媽可能都已經變成骨鬆族了
如果不好好補充鈣質的話會有增加骨折的風險
新聞裡面有提到飲食方面可以多吃起司、黑芝麻、小魚、深綠色蔬菜
然後也要多運動跟做一些肌力訓練,跑步、跳繩都不錯
結果這篇臉書po文底下的留言有不少討論
很多晚生小孩的朋友都很怕自己以後變成骨質疏鬆的高危險群
不能在成長過程中好好陪自己的小孩子
不過想問的是除了飲食中盡量攝取鈣質之外
如果每天喝高鈣牛奶的效果好嗎?
例如喝安怡高鈣奶粉+每個禮拜固定跑步,是不是就能補充足夠的鈣質?
另外也想問,如果骨質已經流失的話
補充鈣質是可以讓它回復原來健康的數據嗎?
還是就只能盡量補充讓骨質流失的速度變慢而已?
