看到最近關於高溫燒烤食物會致癌的新聞
不禁想起平常愛吃的麵包
應該也算是烘烤過的澱粉
想請問一下
不知道所謂會致癌是說另外再用烤箱烤過(有點微焦)
還是說一般麵包店裡的麵包土司都算呢(不知那樣是否算是焦)
尤其我又特別喜歡吃像是馬可那類歐式的全麥麵包類的(好吃又健康)
唉
如果真的是這樣的話
以後大概都不能多吃了@@
