大概20幾歲開始吧!
我大概做壓腿這個動作 大腿就會有 ㄎㄡ 很大一聲
(可以用這個嚇人)
不是每次做都有 一種姿勢維持很久才會累積一聲
另外,坐著摸膝蓋的位置 膝蓋前後擺動時
可以感受到西西蘇蘇的摩擦感
我才20幾歲 身體在老化了嗎??!! >"<
有什麼方法可以改善呢? 我每個禮拜都有游泳、跳舞呀!
