我有中度駝背
我常常試著練習挺胸,不過姿勢都好怪(一離開牆壁)
而且有肩部會很酸,我真的很想改掉這不好的習慣
但是聽說沒有架子之類的醫療器材可以幫我解決問題
所以
不知板上有沒有什麼好方法(經驗)讓我變挺胸呢?
