去抗癌版繞了一下,發現健康真的很重要,沒有健康就沒有一切...
我很慶幸自己從年輕開始就注重養生之道,小時候我心臟、肺功能不好,
經常生病,長大後不斷研究養生之道,只要能促進健康的,不論是科學的
或非科學的方法,我都一一試煉:
1、氣功:剛開始是從一本古書開始練,那本書叫做張三豐武術匯宗,全是
古文寫成,我練了其中的一套氣功,有天全身氣脈全開,燥熱三
天,從此體力大增;後來覺得氣功再練下去怕走火入魔,便停止
練氣功了.
2、人電學:巧遇某功力高強的開穴師,把我身上七個脈輪分三次全部打開,
於是自94年起練習至今,這套功法比較安全,因為不需要長時間
靜坐.
3、平甩功:這套是用來治療肩頸及腰部的舊傷,頗具成效.
4、不熬夜:從年輕以來就堅持這個原則,睡覺時間是2200--0630.
5、宗 教:接觸宗教書籍,什麼教都接觸,安定身心.
6、五 術:道教的部分,用來調整環境磁場,頗具成效.
7、泡 茶:戒酒泡茶.
8、運 動:每次健走1萬步,時常快步走維持體能.
其實就缺最後一樣是我想練的,就是武術,國小時曾學空手道,
學沒多久因為對戰時打斷對手的門牙,所以被母親禁學;如果以後
有時間,大概會去練詠春.人生最大的財富就是健康.
