飯後小睡一下會不健康嗎 - 養生

小弟有個習慣
在吃飽後就躺著小睡半小時
最近有人跟我說這樣會壓迫到胃的工作
又跟我說最好吃飽飯最好先不要急著動
休息十分鐘後在散個步幫助消化 再睡
聽起來不錯 不過...
吃飽飯後真的是會想睡覺
而且一般在餐廳吃完大家也都匆匆的起身要結帳走人
待太久反而給等待的客人白眼= =
不是每個人都有這麼充裕的可以用阿@.@
如果趙我朋友這樣講 少說也要再多半小時的時間
這樣會趕不上上班> <
到底他的說法有沒有對啊
