雄風不振先食補? - 運動

到了這個年紀體力逐漸衰退 
雖然老婆覺得還好
但我最近是有點力不從心
 
看過門診醫師覺得我還正常
反而安慰我說這是正常現象
 
因為一直有在運動
身邊的人都建議我多補一點
但很怕那種來路不明的中藥、補帖亂吃反而傷身
 
想問版上前輩有好的食補辦法嗎?
