關於老人慢跑的鞋子挑選 - 運動

父親這一年以來都有晚上慢跑的習慣
這幾天因為腳痛跟膝蓋痛
問他原因 我才知道
父親腳指頭二姆哥指甲有瘀青的問題…(我家腳趾是二姆哥長)
父親說 她只要跑步就會這樣 可能是運動鞋問題?
他覺得蠻不以為意 想說可能腳指太長 外加鞋太硬
父親這次的運動習慣 是這輩子第一次如此持久
我希望他能夠為了健康繼續努力下去
想說是不是要買雙新鞋給他 鼓勵他繼續堅持
請問挑選的方式 有什麼需要注意 或者推薦的嗎?
