中醫理論說11點之後就是身體養肝的時間
最好是在這之前就上床睡覺
但開始工作後發現這簡直太難了
不要說加班 平常做做家事也已經半夜一點多了
雖然最近工作比較不操 但感覺身體已經變糟了
快要三十歲了還有救嗎?
