常聽到說燒焦的食物會致癌
但是ㄧ般都是指烤肉
今天在燉肉臊的時候雖然是用小火
但還是不小心把鍋底燒焦了
雖然盡量把焦掉的部分去掉
但是湯汁中還是有一點點點微量的黑色燒焦物
吃起來沒有特別的焦味
請問這樣的食物也有致癌的風險嗎?還能吃嗎?
因為現在懷孕所以對食物安全特別的焦慮
請了解的人為我解惑了,謝謝!!
