適度運動的標準? - 運動

大家都知道運動對身體好
但是也有很多證據顯示過度運動對身體是有害的
看過網路上一些報導
有的說一禮拜運動個3次有氧運動就好
有的說至少5次 最好是天天
還有的建議不要做太強度的運動 瑜珈 太極拳這種最好
不知道版友們有什麼看法
或是哪位比較瞭解的大大可以建議指導一下
