吃完大餐後
不要用催吐的方式
而逼自己一定要運動(例如慢跑3000或5000公尺)
如果沒有運動 就不能吃下一餐大餐
我覺得運動蠻有用的
運動時 會分泌腦內啡 會有全身舒暢的感覺
當你完成3000或5000公尺 還會有成就感
而運動也能稍微抑制一些食慾
我想可以試試看這個方法
