不知道大家有時跟我一樣
感覺身體很重
不知道是否水喝太多還是代謝變慢
這種情況我有用運動來改善
不過睡一覺起來似乎一樣@@
這怎麼回事....
有沒有食補可以改善呢
如果身體要輕一點
似乎要生理期過完之後...
