贊安諾卡關 - 憂鬱症

當初因為產後憂鬱症開始看身心科,醫生開過情緒藥/鎮定劑/安眠藥給我,現在完全沒有再吃情緒藥了(百憂解/樂復得/克憂) ,鎮定劑留著經期前偶爾吃,基本上也沒在碰。
睡眠的部分,曾經要吃到兩顆史蒂諾斯+一顆安寶寧+一顆立舒定,現在戒掉史蒂諾斯和立舒定了,
想要戒掉安寶寧,醫生表示一顆安寶寧等於兩顆贊安諾,現在醫生幫我開的藥單是兩顆贊安諾+美舒鬱(備用藥),前陣子減了0.5顆贊安諾會早醒而且睡不回去,身體又怪怪的,目前維持兩顆贊安諾睡覺。
還有再搭配針灸,中醫,運動等...目前卡關。
醫生和朋友叫我緩緩,說我太急著戒了,最難戒的其實是史蒂諾斯,只是連續挑戰幾次都失敗難免有點沮喪,看到網路上大家都說贊安諾很難擺脫就越來越害怕,請問有人漸進式沒有戒斷作用的成功告別贊安諾嗎QQ
