先買個大同電鍋
早上吃 地瓜排毒餐
超市賣地瓜 一袋35 可以吃三次
一次就拿兩條地瓜 把他切中薄片 平鋪在排盤上
拿去蒸 一下子就好了灑點鹽巴 番茄醬都可 我通常七八點吃 不管早上有沒有課
地瓜六點吃最好 中午以後就不能再吃了
吃地瓜真的很不錯 會越吃越喜歡
外面早餐真的不能常吃阿!
再來有廚房就自己煮麵
平常喜歡煮湯麵
加很多蔬菜 菜市場三把50可以吃好幾次
煮湯麵很清淡 有時候只用味增調味 就能慢慢習慣
自己煮省錢又可以吃很飽 又不油膩
自己煮久了 你會發現身體會有明顯改善
我是解決便秘 青春痘 跟 精神不好
