我很喜歡吃薏仁 也喜歡它的味道
所以常常冰箱都會煮一鍋
大概每天早上都會舀兩匙加上豆漿或牛奶或泡可可喝
不是喝冰的 都會先溫過再喝~
可是聽長輩說薏仁很寒
我是覺得我每天吃的量都不多 應該沒有過量的問題
但是這樣長期吃下來是否會讓體質變寒呢?
如果想要中合
要用什麼替代牛奶或都漿比較好呢?
