聽說有其功效
而椰子油雖為飽和脂肪酸
但其中鏈脂肪酸對於代謝較無負擔
且保存性佳不易變質,具抗氧化
這兩者與當紅的葡萄籽、橄欖油相比
哪一種較好呢?
如果這麼好為什麼超市不見及蹤影= =?
