一、運動
如果沒有發自心底想去做不會勉強自己,
運動時間視情況調整,沒有規定
拉筋、走路,自己覺得想做多少就做多少
有運動有差
二、尋求宗教
先在網路上的影片先多聽,多看看不同宗教
判斷該理念和想法是否有衝突,
聽得進去的就多聽、多了解後才參加活動
宗教團體的凝聚力跟包容心,是心靈脆弱的人很需要的
好的團體會有很多資源,等你去發掘也不一定會花到錢
偶爾充電不錯
三、多了解探索你自己,
誠實面對自己,才能對症下藥
卡在不知道如何處理這個階段....
四、改變環境
整理常待的場所
聽輕柔旋律、大自然的聲音等,感受聲音或放空腦袋
出門聽浪聲或曬太陽,在開闊的地方發呆不用在意別人眼光
五、人際關係善用智慧
六、順其自然
原本打發時間不要胡思亂想寫寫的,
寫完之後很希望一樣在努力的版友能鼓勵我一下
我喜歡被鼓勵
