腰痠 - 運動

最近總覺得我的腰特別痠,
不是整個腰部痠,
而是著重在左邊的腰...
抬頭挺胸反而更不舒服,
彎腰時反而覺得有舒暢的感覺...
我在想.....
是不是我坐姿長期不良,
導致腰迫到左腰的肌肉這樣...
持續這樣已經有一段時間了...
不知道有什麼可以自己做的復健運動,
可以幫助矯正姿勢,
並且可以減緩肌肉的痠痛,減緩腰痠...
真的滿煩的.......
不知道大家有沒有什麼方法
