覺得自己的身體怎麼好像老了
明明應該是年輕的日子
所以我上禮拜去中醫調理身體
診斷出來..腎氣不固 腎陽不足 肝火太旺
以至於身體不好
開的藥一看 是六味地黃丸補腎 當歸黃耆黨參等補中益氣
病因是因為長期熬夜作息不正常 加上久坐沒運動(大學生的通病?)
絕對不是荒淫無度(我是宅男..泣..沒機會....)
但中醫師那時也有暗示 要好的話要節制
所以我想請問
這個節制 是要節制到怎樣的地步?
一個禮拜沒發洩 身體有點蠢蠢欲動 現在可以發洩嗎(羞)
身體有那感覺 但又怕醬會影響療程
另外我想請教
我這樣的身體有哪些方法
可以讓我腎元充足 元氣有力呢?
