脹氣VS飯後少喝水 - 養生

開始上班後
脹氣的情況一直不消
160cm 55kg 卻有33~34吋腰
肚子拍下去是空心的聲音 壓胃那邊也有點想吐的感覺
先說一下我的一般生活
早餐:必喝一~二杯奶茶
中餐:公司提供自助餐
我大約要喝2~3碗湯 (吃飯時間約15~20min)
吃飽後回到辦公室上網10min後開始趴在桌上休息約20min
我有爬文看到大家建議飯前.中.後不要喝東西
不是很清楚那是什麼意思?? 是指連湯都不能喝??
