第一次自己煮紅棗枸杞茶來喝
因為上個月MC晚了幾天加上本人一直以來都是手腳冰冷的體質,____,
下定決心要來好好補身子
於是前幾天經過大同區有名的中醫院重X堂
買了各半斤的紅棗枸杞(新手不敢買太多擔心煮壞XD)
昨晚興致勃勃的抓了兩把紅棗(有撥開)和三把枸杞(很隨興XD)用清水洗過兩三次
便加入1000CC礦泉水煮約10分鐘後轉小火煮5分鐘
煮好後發現有許多"米白又有點透明色小顆粒的東西"(約1mm甚至比1mm小)漂浮在水面上
本以為是正常現象便沒去理會它
然後放在常溫下直到今天早上裝了約300CC的份量再加熱帶到公司喝(剩餘的冰冰箱)
晚上才覺得下腹怪怪的 說不上來的感覺 也不是痛 就有點悶悶的不舒服(不曉得是否有關聯@@?因為早上喝完還沒事)
(p.s)我MC已走了約2~3天
我便把買來的紅棗研究一下發現有8~9顆都發霉了
還有許多顆上網搜尋發現是品質不好的紅棗(我昨晚是瞎了嗎@@?都沒注意到有發霉的)
便把約將近20幾顆的紅棗丟了= ="(突然對重X堂有點信心大失 上網查看裏頭中醫師看病頗精準 想說藥材應該也會新鮮才對)
抱歉廢話一堆^^"
進入重點.....
Q1.米白又有點透明色小顆粒的東西,有人知道是什麼東西嗎@@?有人有煮過發生相同經驗嗎?
Q2.上網搜尋許多人表示紅棗去核較好,是指在煮之前便把裏頭的籽(我都這樣稱XD)去掉嗎?
Q3.我應該把所有紅棗都丟了重新買新鮮的嗎?又煮好剩餘放在冰箱的紅棗枸杞茶我該繼續喝嗎?
問題或許有點白癡,請見諒^^"
也希望有相同經驗或知道的人可以替我解答 先謝了^__^
