長久以來都是右側睡,因為一直記得這樣對健康比較好
而且對於心臟的負擔會減輕
可是最近又看到文章,說左側睡比較好
一來是胃的部分符合重力,二來又說這樣幫助心臟減輕負擔
網路上兩種說法的文章都有,真假莫辨
請問能否有比較正確而有公信力的說法呢,謝謝。
