溫開水 - 養生

看報章雜誌都說早晨起床喝一杯500CC的溫開水對身體有益。
我想請問一個問題,所謂的溫開水是指一杯熱水放到變溫?
還是熱水加溫水或冷開水調配而成的?
因為我聽朋友說若是熱水加冷開水調成溫開水是有陰陽水的意思對身體反而不好。
所以我想問各位,到底哪一種溫開水才是對身體有益?還是兩種均可?
