今天睡到八點起床 很舒服 因為吃了感冒藥 身體比較累 這波流感很厲害
大家要小心
我現在改變策略 游泳超過45分鐘就可以了 跑步超過30分鐘就可以了
身體狀況不好 就降低標準
下午跟媽媽走路 還有一次練跑
