減肥怎麼吃的健康 - 運動

平常有吃消夜喝飲料的習慣,然後也很少運動,最近想先從飲食方面著手 
嘗試開始不吃消夜,喝無糖飲料,可是肚子到了半夜就在咕嚕咕嚕叫了
加上三餐又是外食族,主食吃麵飯居多,有人說減肥少吃澱粉類
那這樣建議吃什麼當主食可以飽,熱量又不會太高呢?謝謝
