工作忙碌的外食族要如何兼顧健康? - 運動

前陣子因為工作量比較大
所以都沒什麼時間能夠好好吃飯
三餐大部分都是買外食 或是超商簡單解決
再加上長時間久坐沒什麼運動 免疫力下降
終於有空可以休息幾天時就馬上給我感冒生病...

後來為了調整身體有在補充維他命C、葉黃素和B群
晚餐盡量自己煮 再順便帶隔天午餐的便當
作息也變成早睡、再早點起床處理工作
但目前還是覺得身體蠻容易疲累和沉重的
挺好奇各位在這種情況下都是怎麼顧身體呢?
