有什麼有效幫助提神的方法? - 養生

前陣子開始覺得工作狀況大不如前
常常無法集中精神 工作效率也變差許多
試過用提神精油按摩穴道、喝牛蒡養生茶
還有盡量每天都睡滿8-9小時
可是改善效果都不太明顯

我一開始先吃了B群一段時間
起初有改善,但過一陣子就沒什麼感覺了
後來就改吃蜆精 目前大約剩下半罐
但精神專注上還是沒什麼幫助...
因為自己能試的方試都試過了
想問問大家還有其他能幫助提神的方法嗎?
