有什麼B群可以提神撐一整天? - 養生

上班之後都會習慣吃B群提神
有時候沒時間睡午覺下午就會超想睡
晚上如果又沒睡好很容易就喉嚨痛嘴破
所以我都看狀況早上或下午吃一顆
吃過蠻多牌子
有些很難吞或味道很重
或是效果只能撐半天
有什麼不錯的可以推薦嗎?
