曬太陽 - 養生

滿久之前就聽過了
說要適度曬一些太陽 幫助產生維他命D
可是像現在冬天、或是別的因素
一來沒什麼陽光, 然後真的有空的時候
天也黑了....
請問有什麼較簡單的方法可以讓每天都穩穩"曬到太陽"
(像是太陽燈之類的?)
人到了一定年齡真的是會越來越怕死啊....XD
