晚睡晚起 - 養生

我知道所謂熬夜是超過12點之後還沒睡覺,這樣對身體不好,免疫力
也會下降。但如果每天都很晚睡覺,但也很晚起床,且都有睡到7小時
以上,例如凌晨3點睡覺早上10點起床,這樣長期下來算是熬夜嗎?
因為夜深人靜的時候思緒總是比較好,想在這個時段念點書,請問
這樣對健康是否會有影響?感謝
