早起反而沒有精神? - 養生

如題,
小弟大概都晚上10點左右就入睡,隔天6點起床,
但是早起並沒有精神比較好,
反而整個早上都會昏昏沉沉的。
反之,如果小弟晚上12點睡,
睡到隔天8點,精神就會很好,神采奕奕。
這讓小弟頗困擾,
請問有人知道關鍵在哪嗎?
