早睡早起反而容易累? - 養生

其實我維持很長一段晚睡早起的生活,
大概都晚上一兩三點睡,早上八九點起床,
每天平均睡眠約五~六小時,
身體唯一的警訊就是一直長白頭髮,除此之外生活一切正常。
當我開始調整作息,每天十二點睡覺,早上八點起床,
有時後會稍微賴一下床,每天平均睡眠八~九小時,
但是發現調整作息的結果,
反而會在早上十點左右開始想睡覺,然後是下午三點,晚上八點左右。
感覺睡眠正常時,想睡覺的頻率比作息不正常的時候還要多...
而且雖然只睡睡六個小時,甚至更少,但是到凌晨也都不會累,
作息正常之後,七早八早就想要睡覺...感覺身體有越來越索需(睡眠)無度的感覺= =
請問怎麼會這樣呢..
