早睡早起 - 養生

年紀到了一定的年齡
慢慢感覺體力下降
越來越不能熬夜
前一陣子因為趕個計畫有幾天晚睡
大約一個多禮拜還補不回來
這陣子可以把事提早作完不拖拖拉拉,早點睡
發現白天精神好很多,也不太累了
以後都要早睡了
也希望大家試試看,要真的作到喔
