因為家母有糖尿病的關係
必需注意血糖的控制
如果想減少澱粉類的攝取
將原本主食的白飯 取代成 自製無糖蒟蒻
其他配菜皆正常 也就是把蒟蒻當白飯吃
以增加飽足感
飲食方式改成這樣 長期下來會有健康上的影響嗎?
